Our Journey

St. Mary's Public School, Khopoli is the vision of H.G. Geevarghese Mar Coorilos, the President of The Malankara Orthodox Church Council of Bombay (MOCCB). Envisioned as the first step towards both diversifying the curriculums of, and also providing a complete education from KG to PG to the region of Khopoli; and to ultimately be the beacon of educational excellence which would help in the growth and upliftment for the entire region.

This land was bought back in 2018 - at a time when the industrial area of Khopoli predominantly had educational institutes following the curriculum of the State Board of Maharashtra (SSC). And its humble beginning on 12th June, 2019 simply marks the turning of this wonderful dream into a reality.

St. Mary's Khopoli thrives under the able guidance of its management, unceasing support of the parents and skillful teaching and non-teaching staff. As an institution, we work harder each day to fulfill this vision entrusted to us by our visionary leader, striving to become a better version of ourselves; while simultaneously encouraging our students to do the same - to follow their dreams and improving themselves with each day.
